Returns Policy

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be 100% satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

You may return items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, the item must be in new condition with tags attached and golf clubs cannot be used. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We cannot except returns for clubs that have been custom fitted for our customers or used (even if they have been taped to try it out).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 working day of us receiving your item back, please allow time for the item to be sent back to us before contacting us about the refund.

When returning an item from outside the EU to us the parcel must be clearly labelled as a RETURN & a CN22 customs form must be fixed to the parcel otherwise customs will need to be paid by the customer again to have the item returned to us. Please download the Returns Info and use the CN22 included in it.

Returning an item bought from our website

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and inspected the item.


Returning an item bought from eBay or Amazon

Please start a returns case on their website or app, this way we can keep track of the returns process and are able to refund you quickly.


Faulty Items

If an item develops a fault within the designated warranty period we will adhere to the individual manufacturer's policy on inspection and if the fault claim is upheld replace like-for-like or with a credit that can be applied to any item we have in stock. Please contact us to receive more information on this as each manufacturer has different methods for resolving faulty items.



We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however there are restrictions on some products depending on the country it is to be delivered to. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Any customs charges will need to be paid at the point of delivery and not the responsibility of

We aim to dispatch all orders by 1pm the same day Monday-Friday, but due to high volumes of orders at times some order maybe delayed by an extra day for dispatch.

We use a range of couriers including: Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Yodel, DPD, Fedex & myHermes.
