We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be 100% satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers - our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

You may return items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, the item must be in new condition with tags attached and golf clubs cannot be used. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We cannot accept returns for clubs that have been custom fitted for our customers or used (even if they have been taped to try it out).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 working days of us receiving your item back, please allow time for the item to be sent back to us before contacting us about the refund.

Returns From The UK

When returning an item from the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) to us the parcel and NO CN22 required.

Returns From Inside The EU

When returning an item from inside the EU to us the parcel must be clearly labelled as RETURNED GOODS and NO CN22 required.

Returns From Outside The UK & EU

When returning an item from outside the EU to us the parcel must be clearly labelled as RETURNED GOODS & a CN22 customs form must be fixed to the parcel otherwise customs will need to be paid by the customer again to have the item returned to us. Please download the Returns Info and use the CN22 included in it.

Refunds are processed Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). We recommend that you keep the proof of postage receipt until the item has been returned to More Sports and your refund has been confirmed.

Returning an item bought from More Sports Outlet on eBay or Amazon

Please start a returns case on their website or app, this way we can keep track of the returns process and are able to refund you quickly.

Returning an item in-store

Please drop the item into Dunluce Golf in Coleraine or Causeway Golf Centre in Ballymoney with your order number and it be sent to our warehouse to be processed. (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays) Please allow 2-3 days for it to be processed.

Faulty Items

If an item develops a fault within the designated warranty period we will adhere to the individual manufacturer's policy on inspection and if the fault claim is upheld replace like-for-like or with a credit that can be applied to any item we have in stock. Please contact us to receive more information on this as each manufacturer has different methods for resolving faulty items.
