All Motocaddy Bags come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or commercial use.

The warranty applies exclusively to purchases made and used within the UK and Republic of Ireland. Should you experience any issues during the warranty period, please contact Motocaddy directly for prompt assistance. To process any claims, retain your proof of purchase. Repairs or replacements provided under warranty do not extend the original warranty period. These warranties are offered as an additional benefit and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
