The warranty covers manufacturing defects arising during normal use. Damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, abuse (as detailed in the user manual), or commercial use is excluded. Customers outside the UK & Ireland must return products to the UK for warranty repairs and service. Please retain your proof of purchase to facilitate any claim.
If a spare part is required, Motocaddy will dispatch it via first-class post. Should a repair be necessary, Motocaddy will collect, service, and return the product at no cost (trolleys must be returned in original packaging). If the issue is not covered under warranty, customers will be responsible for courier, parts, and labor costs. Repairs will be prioritized, but if replacement is necessary, it will be provided. Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period. These warranties are an additional benefit and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however there are restrictions on some products depending on the country it is to be delivered to. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Any customs charges and/or taxes will need to be paid at the point of delivery and not the responsibility of More Sports.
We aim to dispatch all orders by 1pm GMT the same day Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), but due to high volumes of orders at times some orders may be delayed by an extra day for dispatch.

Pickup Info
Pickup is available at Dunluce Golf Shop in Coleraine and Causeway Golf Centre in Ballymoney (Mon-Fri excl. bank holidays).
If you place an order before 1pm (Mon-Fri excl. bank holidays) your order will be available to collect on the same day at 3:30pm at Dunluce Golf or during its opening hours or from Causeway Golf Centre from 5:30pm.
You might receive an automated email to notify you that the order has been despatched which will mean the order has been picked by the warehouse.
