Warranty Information

The warranty covers manufacturing defects arising from normal use. It excludes damage resulting from accidental impact, misuse, abuse (as specified in the user manual), or commercial use. Customers outside the UK & Ireland are required to return products to the UK for warranty repairs and service. Please retain your proof of purchase to facilitate any warranty claims.

If a replacement part is needed, Motocaddy will dispatch it via first-class post. For repairs, Motocaddy will collect, service, and return the product at no charge (trolleys must be returned in original packaging). If the issue is not covered under warranty, customers will be responsible for courier, parts, and labor costs. Repairs are prioritized, and if replacement is necessary, it will be provided. Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period. These warranties are an additional benefit and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
