The warranty covers manufacturing defects arising from normal use. It excludes damage resulting from accidental impact, misuse, abuse (as specified in the user manual), or commercial use. Customers outside the UK & Ireland are required to return products to the UK for warranty repairs and service. Please keep your proof of purchase to facilitate any warranty claims.
If a replacement part is needed, Motocaddy will dispatch it via first-class post. For repairs, Motocaddy will collect, service, and return the product at no charge (trolleys must be returned in original packaging). If the issue is not covered under warranty, customers will be responsible for courier, parts, and labor costs. Repairs are prioritized, and if replacement is necessary, it will be provided. Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period. These warranties are an additional benefit and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however there are restrictions on some products depending on the country it is to be delivered to. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Any customs charges and/or taxes will need to be paid at the point of delivery and not the responsibility of More Sports.

If you place an order before 1pm Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) your order will be available to collect on the same day at 3:30pm or during Dunluce Golf's opening hours.
You might receive an email to notify you that the order has been despatched which will mean the order has been picked by the warehouse, it will not be ready for collection until 3:30pm.
